  • If I ordered BlazeConnect today, when would it be installed?

  • Installs have been taking seven days or less. Installs are either 8AM to 11AM, 11AM to 1PM, or 1PM to 3PM.

    In certain markets installs are preformed from 8am until noon, and noon until 4pm.


  • What kind of equipment do I need for BlazeConnect?

  • BlazeConnect requires you use provided equipment installed professionally. A VDSL modem or fiber adapter with router capability is provided with the service, AT&T is contracted by GLISnet to professionally install service right to the provided router.


  • Do I need to be home for the BlazeConnect Installation?

  • Yes, an adult over 18 years of age must be present during the installation.


  • Do I need to return the modem if I cancel BlazeConnect?

  • No.


  • What kind of taxes are on BlazeConnect service?

  • GLISnet Broadband and Fiber services are not taxed.


  • Is there an early termination fee?

  • BlazeConnect had a one year commitment. There is a $150 early termination fee if you cancel or stop making payments in the first year.
